These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the Money Back Guarantee provided by LionTech for the purchase of computer products ("Custom Computers") made through our website, physical store or other Online Marketplaces. By purchasing a Product and availing the Money Back Guarantee, you ("Buyer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Money Back Guarantee Eligibility:
1.1. The Money Back Guarantee is applicable only to Product(s) that are found to have a genuine issue with the computer itself as determined by LionTech's authorized technicians ("Qualified Technicians").
1.2. The Buyer must notify LionTech at liontechmtl@gmail.com of any issues with the Product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, providing detailed information about the problem encountered with proof of purchase.
1.3. The Product must be returned to LionTech in its original condition, along with all accessories, documentation, and packaging originally provided with the Product. If the returned product is not in original condition, the agreement is terminated.
1.4. The Money Back Guarantee is only applicable to the original Buyer and is non-transferable.
1.5. Prior to returning any Product, Buyers are responsible for backing up all personal data. LionTech is not responsible for any data loss during the return process.
Non-Eligibility for Money Back Guarantee:
2.1. The Money Back Guarantee shall not apply if the issue with the Product is determined to be caused by factors beyond the control of LionTech, including but not limited to:
a) Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering with the Product by the Buyer or any third party not authorized by LionTech.
b) Negligence, misuse, or improper handling of the Product by the Buyer.
c) Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or any other external factors.
d) Incompatibility or conflicts with software, hardware, or peripherals not provided by LionTech.
e) Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages, or minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the Product.
f) Software issues caused by user installation of unauthorized programs or malware.
2.2. LionTech reserves the right to refuse the Money Back Guarantee if the Product is not returned in its original condition or if any accessories, documentation, or packaging are missing or damaged.
Money Back Guarantee Process:
3.1. Upon receiving the notification from the Buyer regarding an issue with the Product, LionTech will assess the nature of the problem and determine its eligibility for the Money Back Guarantee within 2 business days.
3.2. If the issue is found to be valid, LionTech will refund the Buyer the full purchase price of the Product within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned Product.
3.3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for purchase.
3.4. Shipping costs for returns:
For valid warranty claims, LionTech will cover the return shipping costs
For non-warranty returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer
3.5. If the issue is deemed ineligible for the Money Back Guarantee, LionTech will provide the Buyer with a detailed explanation of the reason(s) for the decision.
Return Process Requirements:
4.1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by contacting liontechmtl@gmail.com
4.2. Package the Product securely in its original packaging
4.3. Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
4.4. Attach the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package
4.5. Remove all personal data from the Product before return
4.6. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt
Disclaimer of Warranty:
5.1. The Money Back Guarantee is provided in addition to any other statutory rights or warranties available to the Buyer under applicable laws.
5.2. LionTech makes no other warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, regarding the Product, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
5.3. For digital products or software purchases:
Downloads and software activations are non-refundable once the product key has been revealed or used
Digital services are subject to their own specific terms and conditions
Data Protection and Privacy:
6.1. LionTech commits to handling all returned Products in accordance with privacy and data protection regulations.
6.2. Customers are strongly advised to remove all personal data from devices before return.
6.3. LionTech is not responsible for any personal data left on returned devices.
