LION TECH WARRANTY POLICY

I. OVERVIEW
At Lion Tech, we stand behind the quality of our phone repair and custom PC build services. This warranty demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction and the reliability of our work.

II. PHONE REPAIR WARRANTY

A. Standard Repair Warranty
Duration: 90 days from the date of repair
Coverage: 
- All parts replaced during the repair are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship
- Free diagnostic services if issues arise with the repaired components
- Warranty applies only to the specific components repaired or replaced

B. Warranty Exclusions
Our phone repair warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, liquid exposure after repair
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect device functionality
- Batteries and screens replaced more than 30 days prior
- Normal wear and tear
- Software-related issues

C. Warranty Claims Process
1. Contact our customer support within the warranty period
2. Provide original repair invoice and detailed description of the issue
3. Bring or ship the device to our service center for evaluation
4. Our technicians will diagnose and repair eligible issues at no additional cost

III. CUSTOM PC BUILD WARRANTY

A. Comprehensive Component Warranty
Duration: 
- Individual components covered by manufacturer warranties
- Workmanship warranty: 2 years from date of build

Coverage:
- Free diagnosis of hardware-related issues
- Replacement or repair of faulty components
- Labor costs included for warranty repairs

B. Specific Component Warranties
- Motherboard: 3-year manufacturer warranty
- CPU: 3-year manufacturer warranty
- RAM: Lifetime manufacturer warranty
- Graphics Card: 2-3 year manufacturer warranty
- Power Supply: 5-10 year manufacturer warranty
- Storage Drives:
  * SSD: 3-5 year manufacturer warranty
  * HDD: 2-3 year manufacturer warranty

C. Warranty Exclusions
Our custom PC build warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper use or handling
- Overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications
- Liquid damage
- Modifications or component replacements by unauthorized technicians
- Software-related issues
- Cosmetic damage

D. Warranty Claims Process
1. Identify the specific component experiencing issues
2. Provide original build invoice and detailed problem description
3. Contact our support team to initiate the warranty claim
4. We will coordinate with manufacturer warranties or provide in-house repair/replacement

IV. GENERAL TERMS
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Proof of original purchase required for all claims
- Shipping costs for warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer
- Replaced components inherit the remaining warranty of the original part

V. EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS
We offer extended warranty plans for additional peace of mind:
- Phone Repair: Optional 1-year extended warranty
- Custom PC Build: Optional 3-year comprehensive coverage plan
